Reservations

Services are available by appointment only by calling 828-631-0232 during open hours. We recommend calling in advance to ensure availability.  A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa treatments.  All major credit cards accepted.

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for all services, packages, & products in dollar amounts. They can be purchased at the spa or purchased online.  Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from date of purchase and are non-refundable.

 

Guest Cancellation

We understand emergencies happen. We appreciate notice when you cannot keep your appointment. We know you value our therapist's time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and clients who miss their appointments will be charged for the full scheduled service; if it is a member benefit service, benefit is forfeited.

 

Late Arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service time. Full-service fees will apply. Please try to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service.

 

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are deeply appreciated. Industry standard guide listed below. If your Therapist/Esthetician met or exceeded your expectations, please consider these industry standard.

1 hour $20 -25

1.5 hours $30-35

2+ hours $40-45
